The St. Moritz Megaproject Starts

PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, the developer company from Lippo Group, Thursday, signed an appointment letter together with PT PP (Persero) as the main contractor for constructing the international scale “Coordinated Megaproject of St. Moritz Penthouses & Residences”.

The St. Moritz Penthouses & Residences is Global City’s first and only project in Indonesia handled by Lippo Group and located in the central business district of West Jakarta, between the Kapuk-TB Simatupang Jakarta Outer Ring Road and the Kebon Jeruk-Tangerang Freeway.

The St. Moritz Penthouses & Residences will be built on a 12 ha area and is the first and only project in Indonesia to use the “11-in-1″ concept and integrate the new vertical city concept with global scale infrastructure and public facilities designed according to the taste of the international expatriate community and Jakarta’s high- class society.

The global city, which was designed by DP Architects (Singapore) and a number of international caliber consultants, will be equipped with various exclusive facilities spreading over 1 million square meters.

The 11-in-1 facility concept of The St. Moritz Penthouses & Residences will be ellaborated into a mall of 500,000 square meters, a five-star hotel with 500 rooms, a convention center of 6,000 square meters, a luxury apartment with 1,500 rooms, the tallest office building in Indonesia with 65 floors, Siloam Hospital with JCI International accreditation, a private school run by Pelita Harapan Foundation, a matrimony chapel, Sea World indoor attractions, Sport Country Club, Spa, and a helicopter facility for all its residents.

Kiswodarmawan, Director of Operations of PT PP (Persero) says that his company is a veteran contractor that has built numerous high-rise buildings, including luxury apartments, resorts and five-star hotels, commercial complexes and many other large scale projects. Another project that they’re doing is the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski.

CEO of The St. Moritz Penthouses & Residenced, Michael Riady confirmed that the start of The St. Moritz Penthouses and Residences construction will be an opportunity for potential buyers to buy apartment units right away because the price will go up as the finishing time approaches for The St. Moritz Penthouses & Residences.
